COURSES IN RYE THE GOLDEN CHOICE |

| Having lived in Continental Europe for many years and having enjoyed it very much, we obviously had our reservations about coming back to the UK. | ||
Initially it was the beauty of the Sussex countryside and particularly Rye that encouraged us to make the move. And now, one year later, we feel that we have made the right choice. |
||
| Here
is what we and all our students in the past year have enjoyed about
Rye above and beyond its historical charm:
1. Ease of access: Thanks to the Channel Tunnel, no long journey is necessary to reach us. Ashford is only 90 minutes away from Brussels and 2 hours from Paris, and it takes half an hour to get from Ashford to Rye. 2. Convenience: Rye is small enough for everything to be at walking distance: shops, restaurants, sports centre, train station and historic sights are all 5-10 minutes away from us on foot. 3. Food: The choice of food in
English supermarkets has certainly improved, and Mike, who loves
cooking food from all corners of the globe, manages to find all
the necessary ingredients easily. 5. Climate: What has probably been
the nicest surprise for us is the moderate climate of this region.
The proximity to the sea makes the temperature at least 3-4 degrees
milder than London for example. |

All
this has made it a pleasure to live and work with our students here.
The courses are highly intensive and comfort and convenience are
important factors to optimise the results.

Therefore,
if you have, like we did, some reservations about coming to the
UK for a complete immersion programme, we can assure you that you
will thoroughly enjoy your experience in Rye. Your fully personalised
study programme will be completed by good food, sound sleep and
pleasant walks in town. The only thing that we are still missing
here is the EURO, and we do hope that its arrival in the UK will
not be long. |
